Family with Teens
Our family arrived around midnight. The desk manager was expecting us and got us checked in promptly, setup our airport shuttle and wakeup call. Very nice. Internet access was $11.95 for 24 hours. We stayed in the hotel for 6.5 hours total. I would gladly have paid 0.50 for the hour of time I needed to use the internet access. All around a very positive experience though. ...read more

I liked the hotel. They had a free happy hour type thing with drinks for two hours and a good breakfast with omelets being made. The environment was cozy while also being elegant. The staff was friendly, just don't eat or drink at the bar. It was very overpriced and the food wasn't that spectacular. ...read more

This is a beautiful with a great breakfast. The restaurant was very good with good service. The parking is the biggest drawback. It cost us $22 a night to park the car. This is the biggest issue.

Water was shut off room was hot had to call maintenance two times. Old coffee makers were removed and replaced with new ones but old ones were left in front of door for two days only to trip over them a few time the breakfast was to bad but the cook were very loud and speaking Spanish while people were trying to relax watch the news and enjoy breakfast. Desk clerks were not family only the first one that check us in I stay in many better hotel for less money. I would not book at this hotel again. ...read more

The hotel staff was friendly, while waiting for my husband I made small talk with a man that could have been a manager. He was very friendly, he gave me some tips on the area and took the time to show me traffic of I90 on his iphone. being a manager in retail and my husband in the auto industry, I was impressed! ...read more
